ASRock has squeezed the RTX Pro 4000 and RTX Pro 2000 GPUs into its DeskSlim desktops, which support AMD AM5 and Intel LGA 1700 platforms.
These RTX Pro GPUs are designed for professional workloads, offering 16GB and 8GB of GDDR6 memory respectively, and up to 6,144 CUDA cores in the case of the RTX Pro 4000. The DeskSlim desktops themselves are compact, measuring just 175 x 165 x 70 mm, making them suitable for tight spaces.
For mini PC and local AI users, this means you can now fit a powerful GPU into a small form factor, enabling tasks like 4K video editing or running AI models locally. The RTX Pro 4000, for example, can handle 4K video encoding at 30fps, and the RTX Pro 2000 can run a 7B model locally at 25 tokens/sec.
