The Person Behind It

Written and Run by One Person

TensorEdge is written and run by Mohamed Helal, a Lead Cloud & AI Engineer based in Doha, Qatar.

This site exists because of one machine: a Minisforum AI X1 Pro with an AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 470 and Radeon 890M integrated GPU.

I run this entire publication — writing, testing, and even the automated news pipeline — from that single box, using local AI models instead of paid cloud APIs.

Everything you read here about mini PCs, local inference, and AI hardware performance is informed by hands-on work on real hardware, not press releases reworded from a desk.

That’s the whole premise: real hardware, run by one person, documented honestly.

Some content on this site — particularly shorter news updates — is drafted with the help of a locally-run AI model, as part of an ongoing experiment in running a fully self-hosted publishing pipeline without cloud AI costs.

Longer reviews and technical guides are written and verified by hand.
